Mike Lowe is an American journalist who has worked as an anchor for WGN-TV since April 2015. From 1998 to 1999, he worked as an intern in the WGN Sports department. Mike previously worked for Tribune-owned WITI-TV (FOX) in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, before joining WGN.
Mike attended Loyola Academy in Wilmette, Illinois, and graduated with honors. He subsequently transferred to Northwestern University, where he played varsity football as a running back. He double-majored in political science and journalism throughout his undergraduate studies.
